NFC42 Terms of Use

These terms apply to the NFC42 app and its web pages (business card pages, voice tags, event pages and the company dashboard). Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If these terms and the EULA conflict, the EULA prevails for matters between you and Apple. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we keep.
Community guidelines: zero tolerance
Some features let you share content with other people: business card messages, AI Guild posts, replies, screenshots and nicknames, voice tags and business card pages. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post, send or record:
- harassment, bullying, threats or content that encourages violence;
- sexual or pornographic content;
- hate speech or content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other characteristics;
- scams, spam, phishing or impersonation of another person or company;
- illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's privacy, copyright or other rights.
You must agree to these guidelines in the app before you send your first message, post in an AI Guild or set a guild nickname.
Reporting and blocking
In the app you can report any message, conversation, guild post or member (long-press a message or post, or use the ⋯ menu), and you can block a person so they can no longer contact you. Reported content is hidden from the person who reported it right away. Company owners and managers can also delete posts on their company's AI Guild board. Voice tags and business card pages can be reported from their web page.
We act within 24 hours
A reported post is hidden from the community right away while we review it. We review every report within 24 hours. If content breaks these guidelines, we remove it and take action against the user who posted it — from a warning to suspending their access to the community features or terminating their account.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate an account, a business card page, a voice tag or a company's access to the cloud features, without prior notice, if it breaks these terms or the law, or is used to abuse other people or our service. You can stop using NFC42 at any time: leave or delete your company in the app, delete your business card page, and delete the app. Ending a subscription is done in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app or a company does not cancel a subscription.
Subscriptions
Business and API / MCP subscriptions renew automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Purchases can be restored on a new iPhone with the same Apple Account.
Your content
You are responsible for what you write to tags, post or send. You keep the rights to your content; you allow us to store and show it to the people you share it with, only so the features work.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app.

社群規範：零容忍
有些功能會把你的內容分享給別人：名片私訊、AI 公會的留言、回覆、截圖與暱稱、語音標籤、名片網頁。我們不容忍任何令人反感的內容與濫用行為。不可以發布、傳送或錄製：
- 騷擾、霸凌、威脅，或鼓吹暴力的內容；
- 色情或性暗示內容；
- 仇恨言論，或因種族、民族、國籍、宗教、性別、性傾向、身心障礙等特徵攻擊他人的內容；
- 詐騙、垃圾訊息、釣魚，或冒充他人或其他公司；
- 違法內容，或侵害他人隱私、著作權等權利的內容。
第一次傳名片私訊、在 AI 公會發文或設定公會暱稱之前，都要先在 App 裡同意這份規範。
檢舉與封鎖
在 App 裡，任何一則訊息、對話、公會留言或成員都可以檢舉（長按訊息或留言，或用右上角「⋯」選單），也可以封鎖對方，封鎖後對方就不能再聯絡你。被檢舉的內容會立刻對檢舉人隱藏。公司的老闆與主管也可以直接刪除自家 AI 公會留言板上的留言。語音標籤與名片網頁可以在網頁上檢舉。
24 小時內處理
被檢舉的留言會立刻先下架，等我們複核。每一筆檢舉我們都會在 24 小時內處理。違反規範的內容會被移除，發布的使用者會依情節受到處分：從警告、停止使用社群功能，到終止帳號。
帳號終止
帳號、名片網頁、語音標籤或公司的雲端功能如果違反本條款或法律，或被用來騷擾他人、濫用本服務，我們可以不經事先通知暫停或終止。你也可以隨時停止使用 NFC42：在 App 裡離開或刪除公司、刪除名片網頁，再刪除 App。訂閱要到 Apple 帳號設定取消；刪除 App 或公司不會自動取消訂閱。
訂閱
商用版與 API／MCP 串接訂閱會自動續訂：到期前 24 小時內沒有取消，會以相同價格續訂並向 Apple 帳號扣款。可以隨時在 Apple 帳號設定管理與取消。換新手機時，用同一個 Apple 帳號就能恢復購買。
你的內容
你寫進標籤、發布或傳送的內容由你負責。內容的權利仍屬於你；你同意我們為了讓功能運作，儲存這些內容並顯示給你分享的對象。
條款變更
我們可能更新本條款，最上面的日期就是最新版本。重大變更會在 App 裡通知你。
