Getting started
Which iPhones work?
Any iPhone with NFC running iOS 26.1 or later. Hold the top edge of the iPhone against the tag after tapping Start Reading or a write button.
Which tags are supported?
NFC Forum tags such as NTAG213/215/216 and MIFARE Ultralight work best. Password protection is available on NTAG213/215/216. Some cards (bank cards, transit cards, building access cards) are protected by their issuer and cannot be read or written.
The tag isn't detected
Move the tag slowly around the top edge of the iPhone, remove thick or metal cases, and keep the tag away from metal surfaces (use anti-metal tags on metal). If a write fails, the tag may be locked, password-protected, or too small for the content.
Locking and passwords
I forgot a tag's password
The password is not stored anywhere, including on your phone or with us, so it cannot be recovered. The tag can still be read, but its content can no longer be changed.
Can I unlock a locked tag?
No. Locking is permanent by design of the NFC chip.
Business plan & company
How does team pricing work?
The owner subscribes for the number of people on the team (monthly or yearly) and shares the invitation code. Staff join with the code for free and get Business features while the owner's subscription is active. Prices are shown in the App Store in your local currency.
Someone left the team, or a phone was lost
The owner can remove members from Team → Company. Removed members can't rejoin with the code unless the owner allows it.
What happens if the subscription ends?
Nothing is deleted. The company becomes read-only until the owner renews.
Import items from Excel or CSV
Save your sheet as CSV, then open a list (Inventory, Tools, Patrol…) → ⋯ menu → Import CSV. The first row must be column names such as Name, Quantity, Location, Note, Low stock, Interval (hours) or Service days. You'll see a preview first; items with the same name are skipped, nothing existing is changed.
Manager dashboard
The owner can open Company → Manager Dashboard to get a view-only web link for managers who don't use the app. If the link is shared with the wrong person, tap Reset Link.
Location at check-in
The owner can turn on Record Location at Check-in in the company settings. Each patrol check-in and cleaning sign-off then includes the approximate location, taken once at that moment. Members who decline location permission can still check in.
Delete a company
The owner can open Team → Company → Delete Company. Everything in the cloud is removed and every member stops syncing; this can't be undone. Deleting does not cancel the Business subscription — cancel it in your Apple Account subscriptions.
Purchases
Restore a purchase on a new iPhone
Open Settings → Plans → Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple Account.
Cancel a subscription or request a refund
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Privacy
No account is needed and your tag history stays on your phone. See the Privacy Policy for what is stored when you join a company.

哪些 iPhone 可以用？
有 NFC、iOS 26.1 以上的 iPhone 都可以。按「開始讀取」或寫入按鈕後，把 iPhone 上緣靠近標籤。
支援哪些標籤？
NTAG213／215／216、MIFARE Ultralight 等 NFC Forum 標籤最合適；密碼保護支援 NTAG213／215／216。信用卡、悠遊卡、門禁卡等由發卡單位保護的卡片，無法讀寫。
感應不到標籤
把標籤沿著 iPhone 上緣慢慢移動、拿掉太厚或金屬的手機殼、標籤不要貼在金屬上（金屬表面請用抗金屬標籤）。寫入失敗可能是標籤已鎖定、有密碼，或容量放不下內容。
鎖定與密碼
忘記標籤密碼
密碼不會存在任何地方（手機裡、我們這邊都沒有），所以無法找回。標籤仍然可以讀取，但內容不能再修改。
鎖定的標籤可以解鎖嗎？
不行，鎖定是 NFC 晶片設計上就永久的。
商用版與公司
團隊怎麼收費？
老闆依團隊人數訂閱（月繳或年繳），把邀請碼給員工；員工用邀請碼免費加入，老闆的訂閱有效期間都能用商用功能。價格以 App Store 顯示的當地幣別為準。
有人離職或手機遺失
老闆可以在「團隊 → 公司」移出成員；被移出的人不能再用邀請碼自己加回來，除非老闆允許。
訂閱到期會怎樣？
資料不會刪除，公司的資料會變成唯讀，老闆續訂後恢復。
從 Excel／CSV 匯入
把試算表另存成 CSV，打開清單（貨物管理、工具借還、巡檢打卡⋯）→ 右上角 ⋯ →「匯入 CSV」。第一列要是欄位名稱，例如：名稱、數量、位置、備註、低庫存門檻、間隔（小時）、保養週期。匯入前會先預覽，同名的會略過，不會改動既有資料。
主管看板
老闆在「公司 → 主管看板」可以取得唯讀網址，給不用 App 的主管用瀏覽器看。網址給錯人時按「重設網址」。
打卡記錄位置
老闆可以在公司設定開啟「打卡時記錄位置」，之後巡檢打卡與清潔簽到會附上當下的大略位置，只在打卡那一刻取一次。成員不允許定位也能照常打卡。
刪除公司
老闆可以在「團隊 → 公司 → 刪除公司」刪除。雲端資料全部移除、所有成員停止同步，無法還原。刪除不會取消商用版訂閱，請到 Apple 帳號的訂閱項目取消。
購買
換新 iPhone 要恢復購買
用同一個 Apple 帳號登入，開「設定 → 方案 → 恢復購買」。
取消訂閱或退款
訂閱由 Apple 管理：打開「設定」App → 你的名字 → 訂閱項目。退款請到 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 申請。
